Fachmännisch renoviert, mit einer Küche wie aus dem Einrichtungsmagazin, Pool und sogar einem Garten: Nach langer Suche haben Ana und Maxi endlich ihre Traumbleibe gefunden. Eine Eigentumswohnung in einem Haus aus den 1940er Jahren, das einst ein deutscher Architekt und Freimaurer plante und erbaute.



Das junge spanische Paar kann sein Glück kaum fassen und lässt sich auch nicht davon verunsichern, dass in der Wohnung angeblich zuvor eine Frau dem Wahnsinn verfallen ist. Bald jedoch müssen beide feststellen, dass das neue Zuhause ein Eigenleben führt. Was zunächst noch als großer Spaß erscheint, wendet sich bald schon ins Gegenteil. Ehe sie sich versehen, steht für Ana und Maxi alles auf dem Spiel. Können sie diesem Albtraum lebendig entkommen?

The young Spanish couple can hardly believe their luck and do not let themselves be put off by the fact that a woman had allegedly previously gone mad in the flat. Soon, however, both have to realise that the new home has a life of its own. What at first seems like great fun soon turns into the opposite. Before they know it, everything is at stake for Ana and Maxi. Can they escape this nightmare alive?
